All order prices are given in GBP (pounds sterling). If you want to see how much this is in your local currency, go here.
Postage costs are calculated by weight, at the rate charged by The Royal Mail for First Class post. The packaging and processing is added to this at cost.
Recorded Delivery is an additional:
- UK mainland and NI £0.65 for each order
- Europe and rest of the world £3.35 for each order
We carry most items in stock and they can be dispatched quickly and easily. Those that aren’t in stock can take up to 10 days to be dispatched and we will let you know if this occurs. Some records are deleted from the catalogue because too many people have bought them already.
Orders are normally dispatched within five days. In the UK and NI we use First Class. For the rest of the world we use airmail, unless otherwise requested by you (Recorded Delivery etc).
Royal Mail state that you should allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Sending The Order:
When paying online, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. If there is a problem with your order (with availability, or card difficulty, or whatever) we will let you know via email as soon as possible and try to find a solution.
If at any stage in the ordering process you encounter a problem please email us.

Cancelling Your Order:
We can only cancel your order if we receive your request before the order has been sent. If you do decide to cancel your order, please inform us immediately as orders are processed with haste. We cannot guarantee to cancel items from an order. Cancellation requests must be sent by email, quoting your email address and order code
Refunds or Exchanges:
Please report all faulty items by email and we will send you return instructions. This is subject to you notifying us within five working days of receiving the goods and giving a description of the fault.
Please do not send items back without our permission.
We want to look after all data fairly and securely. We will ONLY pass on your name and address if you opt in, and only to the band. No more of your information is dealt with by corporation records. Our payment processor ‘SagePay’ deal with your transaction details.
You should make sure that any internet payment transaction you make is done in a secure environment. So make sure no one is looking over your shoulder. We are not responsible for your use of your credit/debit card.
